Have you ever bought something from eBay that was listed in good condition but actually wasn’t? For example, you buy “brand new” Nike shoes from a random person, but when you get them, they’re scratched. When this happens, you don’t call the Nike company to complain. You call the eBay seller who guaranteed the product was in good condition. This is similar to a 7 Day Seller Guarantee.

In this article, you’re going to learn what Big Valley Auto Auction’s 7 Day Seller Guarantee is, what types of vehicles qualify, and how you can request one.

After reading this article, you’ll have all the information needed to fully understand Big Valley Auto Auction’s 7 Day Seller Guarantee.

What is A 7 Day Seller Guarantee?

A 7 Day Seller is a vehicle that exceeds Big Valley’s light system. The seller guarantees if something messes up on the vehicle, the seller takes full responsibility, not the auction, and the vehicle will go back to the seller. The vehicle could also be arbitrated back to them.

What Vehicles Do Not Qualify for a 7 Day Seller Guarantee?

The following vehicle types do not qualify for a 7 Day Seller Guarantee:

  • Motorcycles
  • ATVs
  • Boats
  • Motor homes
  • Recreational vehicles
  • Branded titles
  • Vehicles with mileage discrepancies
  • Anything under 3,000

Limitations also include vehicles with 300,000 miles.

How Can I Request a 7 Day Seller Guarantee?

The buyer must purchase a frame check in order to activate the 7 Day Seller Guarantee. If the unit has a 7-day guarantee from the seller and doesn't pass the frame inspection, the buyer can choose to end the deal right away. If the buyer is still interested in the vehicle, knowing it failed the frame inspection, and the dealer is still willing to sell the vehicle with no discount, the deal can still go through.

Do I Understand What A 7 Day Seller Guarantee Is?

Just like you can return something you bought on eBay that wasn’t how you expected, buyers have the opportunity to utilize a 7 Day Seller Guarantee option to return their qualifying vehicle to the seller.
