It’s not necessary to have, but if you want to watch a show that’s specifically streaming on the app, you’ll need to create an account and pay the monthly subscription.
While Big Valley Auto Auction doesn’t stream their auctions on Netflix, as of July 1st, 2023, we require all dealers to have an AuctionACCESS account in order to attend our auction day sales. We’ve partnered with AuctionACCESS and we’re here to let you know the importance of registering with them.

What is AuctionACCESS?
AuctionACCESS is a dealer verification system for North America’s wholesale auto auction industry. It’s a dealer’s gateway to physical and online wholesale auto auctions.
AuctionACCESS is also a tool that is used to verify photo IDs, dealer licenses, and other documents needed to conduct business in the wholesale auto industry.
If you are going to attend any NAAA auto auctions, such as Big Valley Auto Auction, or other AuctionACCESS affiliated auto auctions, you are required to be a registered user.
How Much Does AuctionACCESS Cost?
An AuctionACCESS membership costs $103.00 a year. However, this fee is charged per individual. There is no charge to the dealership or company itself.
What Forms of Payment are Accepted For AuctionACCESS?
AuctionACCESS accepts 3 forms of payment:
- Credit card
- Debit card
- Automated Clearing House (ACH) (transferring funds from one bank account to another.)
As soon as your payment is received and confirmed, your membership will go into effect.
How Do I Register For AuctionACCESS?
If you are a credentialed dealer, you can register for AuctionACCESS by signing up on their enrollment page or by going to a participating auto auction and register in person.
In order to register with AuctionACCESS, you’ll need to provide your date of birth, photo ID, home address, contact information, and a method of payment. You’ll then be asked a series of questions, including your employment with a licensed vehicle dealership.
Who is Eligible For AuctionACCESS?
Only licensed vehicle dealers and representatives from a registered dealership that are approved by AuctionACCESS are eligible to sign up. Retail buyers and any employees or contractors not affiliated with a registered dealership do not qualify.
How Does AuctionACCESS Affect Auto Auction Sellers?
Sellers who enroll with AuctionACCESS will be able to manage their auction registration. The membership also gives sellers and buyers access to sell or buy at over 320 participating auto auctions.
However, if a seller or buyer’s floor plan defaults on payment, they will end up in KO Book, which is a compilation of individuals that are considered uninsurable. KO Book will notify other auto auctions that the participant should be banned from further participation in future auctions.
What Are the Benefits of AuctionACCESS?
AuctionACCESS provides security and convenience for eligible auto auctions and dealers by limiting wholesale access to licensed vehicle dealers and their representatives. This means only dealers who are AuctionACCESS verified can get a hold of wholesale auction inventory. With this restriction in place, registered members have a better chance of buying the vehicles they’re looking for.
AuctionACCESS also makes signing up to attend auction day simpler. Signing up when entering auction day requires filling out paperwork, which takes up time. If you’re an AuctionACCESS member, the auction can pull up your information and sign you in. The entire process takes about 2 minutes and gets you into the auction sooner.
