This deposit is $1,000 per representative and must be paid before the bidder badge is issued. If there are 2 representatives from your dealership, both must pay $1,000 each. We use this deposit as an insurance policy and you will receive your deposit back only after your account gets cleared by a front desk clerk.
However, both representatives’ accounts must be cleared. If one representative doesn’t buy a vehicle but the other does, Big Valley Auto Auction will hold the deposit until all sales on your account have been finalized or cleared.
If the vehicle you bid on is on-call, you won’t receive the money until the sale is final. If you decide to leave before the auction ends and didn’t buy, all representatives must return their bidder badges in order to receive their deposits.
